We are continuing to experience issues with connectivity with our DSL customers in the Downtown Santa Barbara, Summerland and Carpinteria areas due to lack of access in fire affected areas. We are continually receiving updates from the carrier and monitoring the area closely for any developments.

The DSL outage is still an issue and not affecting everyone that it had over the weekend. Majority of customers are back up, but some are experiencing slowness as of this morning. Our engineering team is working closely with the carrier to get this resolved.

Affects DSL internet connectivity. The carrier has acknowledged an issue with their switches and are currently working to resolve the issue. There is no estimated time to a resolution. Updates will follow as we receive additional information.

All wireless service's going through Gardner, West Camino Cielo, Santa Ynez Peak, Casa Cassara, Gravel Peak, will be slow. Our wireless engineers are assessing an issue with a main backhaul unit at Santa Ynez Peak.
