Call Recording Overview
Call Recording is available for ClearStar users. Call Recording allows you to record incoming and outgoing calls on any particular phone. This is a hosted service and all recordings are available at an online portal. You can log in and listen to calls from where you are.

Available Features
There are several feature bundles for Call Recording. Each level comes with more features. There are also Advanced Add On Features available.
Basic Call Recording
- Record, Playback (recorded only), Webportal/Dashboard, FTP Access, Comments
SmartRecord
- Record, Playback (recorded only), Webportal/Dashboard, FTP Access, Comments
- Alerting, Archive to ISO, Annotation, Live Listening, Reporting
SmartRecord Pro
- Record, Playback (recorded only), Webportal/Dashboard, FTP Access, Comments
- Alerting, Archive to ISO, Annotation, Live Listening, Reporting
- Basic Audio Mining
Admin Access
There are several available levels of Administration for call recording. There are a All Access Admins, Department Managers, and End Users. There is no charge for admin accounts.
All Access Admins
- can view all recordings and all Admin accounts.
Department Managers
- can view all or some of the recordings based on user.
End User Admins
- show only that users recorded calls. And gives them access to recording Comments and Categories (Depending on Available Feature, see above.)
