MobileLink

Impulse’s ClearStar MobileLink feature lets you seamlessly use your smartphone to make and receive business calls, just as if you were in the office.

Impulse’s mobile application lets users make calls quickly and easily from their smartphone without giving away that they aren’t in the office. MobileLink uses your cellular voice network, rather than the data network, which is far more reliable.

Easily dial Extensions

Dial Extensions and phone numbers from your smartphone and the caller ID will look like you called from the office line.

Call History

Employees can quickly view business calls logs right from their smartphone.

Call Detail Reporting

Administrators can view all call activity made via employee’s smartphones using online call detail records providing employee call tracking

Presence Status Monitoring

MobileLink reports presence back to ClearStar, providing presence and status to other employees at the office using their Polycom phone or Unity application.
