Dave has been a leader in IP communications technology since the Internet went mainstream in the mid-90's, and probably still has a Netscape Navigator installation floppy disk kicking around in a desk drawer. Dave has held the position of President since the company's creation in April 2006 as a result of the merger between NetLojix Communications, Inc.'s California Internet subsidiary and Impulse Internet Services. He joined Impulse as Vice President and General Manager in 2001and prior to joining Impulse, had served as the General Manager of NetLojix's Internet services division since 1997, where he was responsible for sales, customer support and technical management.

He began his management career at Circuit City Stores, Inc., progressing through several retail management roles in Southern California prior to transitioning to the communications industry. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from University of California, Santa Barbara and while pursuing his degree taught physical education and coached after school sports at The Howard School, a K-8th private school in Montecito, CA. Dave sits on the boards of the Santa Ynez Valley Christian Academy, the Santa Barbara Chapter of the Young President's Organization and the Goleta Valley Chamber of Commerce.

Chris is an unapologetic Apple fanboy. He works closely with our enterprise clients to help with communications technology evaluation and business process integration. Chris is responsible for working with technology partners and the company’s business development, product development, marketing, client services, and engineering teams to deliver customized client solutions.

Chris previously held the position of Director of Sales with Impulse. He joined the team in 2002 as an Account Executive and later held the position of Sales Manager before assuming responsibility for the entire sales and marketing group. Prior to joining Impulse, Chris held a technology sales position with CompUSA, a national electronics retailer. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from University of California, Santa Barbara.

"The Bug Marshal"…'nuff said. Jessie oversees our systems and network infrastructure management and support teams. He previously held the position of Director of Systems Engineering with Impulse, leading the company’s systems administration and engineering efforts.  He pioneered the company’s hosted Voice over IP service and led the development of the company’s Next Generation Internet access products.  Jessie joined Impulse in 2000 as a Systems Administrator and later held the position of Systems Manager before assuming responsibility for the entire systems engineering group. Prior to joining Impulse, he held systems administration and support positions with the Institute of Computer Technology in Sunnyvale, California as well as the Santa Clara County Office of Education. He holds a degree in Network Administration from De Anza College in Cupertino.

If Impulse was "The A Team" Cesar would be Templeton Peck, also known as Faceman.  Cesar oversees the company’s enterprise client relationship management effort, ensuring we are aligned with our client’s growth objectives.

Cesar previously held the position of Director of Customer Services with Impulse, leading the company’s customer support and service implementation teams, and has lead multiple strategic growth and technology integration initiatives as a member of the executive management team.  He joined Impulse in 2004 as an Account Executive and later held the position of Director of Service Implementation before assuming responsibility for the entire Customer Services group. Prior to joining Impulse, Cesar held positions with Converge, a global supply chain partner for technology-driven companies, and with Marshall Industries/Avnet, one of the world's largest industrial distributors of electronic components and computer products, where he played leadership roles in both companies’ expansion efforts in Mexico.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Computer Engineering from University of California, Santa Barbara and an MBA from Pepperdine University.  Cesar serves on the board of directors of the Young Leaders Society of Ventura County and as president of the Carnegie Art Museum Cornerstones board, coaches Oxnard Youth Football, and serves on the Oxnard Union High School Multimedia Business Academy’s Advisory Board.
