I can make one phone call/send one email to the same group every time and know that they are going to track any issues or new orders that I have until they are resolved. Impulse also has a team of highly skilled Network Engineers that I can trust to manage our redundant backbone service and multiple site to site VPN’s, keeping our interoffice data secure and most importantly UP and accessible using a combination of tradition T1 lines for backup and their NextGen Broadband Ethernet product for our main Internet access.
The Towbes Group, Inc. has also moved our Telephony system to the Impulse Clearstar offering. After managing multiple locations and vendors, what a difference this has made. Not only is the quality of Customer Service outstanding, the voice quality of our calls is as well. We have direct extension dialing between 17 locations, HD interoffice voice quality, our Receptionist can manage calls from all locations and the Mobility Apps make it easy for traveling employee’s manage their business phone while on the go. Our decision to partner with Impulse was definitely the right one!
