Before calling Impulse to open a ticket, please locate your SD-WAN router for the serial number and to make sure there is power. You will find the serial number on the top, left of the router, just above the screen. It will be on a white sticker similar to this image to the right.
The green Power light, located to the left of the screen, should be illuminated. If it is not, please be sure that everything is plugged in.
