Dynamic Presence Lookup
The busy lamp field automatically updates to graphically display the presence and calendar of all users matching the search criteria; whether the Receptionist is searching a user, department, or call center. This effectively means there is no limit to the number of users that can be monitored.
Hold & Link
This unique feature visually alerts the user when the desired party is available to take the call. Simply right-click a busy colleague and select ‘Hold & Link’. When they become available right-click again to transfer the held caller.
Remote Service Configuration
Unity Receptionist empowers front desk attendants with this feature that allows the Receptionist to change the Do Not Disturb, presence, and call forwarding settings for any other users within the company.
