Call Center Agent Visability

To cater to the busiest front desk scenarios, Unity Reception includes all call center Agent capability, including ACD states and personal wallboard services to display in real-time current queue conditions such as the number of calls in queue and wait times.

Transfer History

Introducing a new level of personalization for inbound callers, Unity Receptionist will display the last transfer recipient to maximize their contact experience.

Dynamic Presence Lookup

The busy lamp field automatically updates to graphically display the presence and calendar of all users matching the search criteria; whether the Receptionist is searching a user, department, or call center. This effectively means there is no limit to the number of users that can be monitored.

Hold & Link

This unique feature visually alerts the user when the desired party is available to take the call. Simply right-click a busy colleague and select ‘Hold & Link’. When they become available right-click again to transfer the held caller.

Remote Service Configuration

Unity Receptionist empowers front desk attendants with this feature that allows the Receptionist to change the Do Not Disturb, presence, and call forwarding settings for any other users within the company.
