LTE Troubleshooting
If you lose connectivity with your LTE router, please follow these steps before calling Impulse Support:
- Ensure the device has power. Check the device to verify the status light is illuminated and solid green. If the status light is flashing the device is still booting. Typical boot time is 2 minutes.
- Verify cellular antennas are securely attached to the device. There are two cellular antennas for each cellular radio. The default antennas are paddle-shaped and are screwed into the SMA connectors labeled “Cellular Main” and “Cellular Aux”.
- Verify cellular connectivity. Check the Cellular status light and verifying it is solid green. The light will flash when connecting to the cellular network. The device may take up to 5 minutes connecting to the cellular network.
- Call Impulse Support at 805-456-5800 to open a troubleshooting ticket.
