Below is a list of the various plans available to you at this time.
Standard Account License
Standard Accounts are intended for an employee who spends the majority of their time at their desk. Each account includes all standard PBX features such as enhanced voicemail-to-email, presence (BLF), three-way calling and web-portal access.
Executive Account License
Executive Accounts provide full mobility features and are intended for the on-the-go employee who spends time in different offices or on the road. The Executive Account includes all the Standard Account features plus six-way calling, advanced forwarding, phone cloning, and access to the softphone and MobileLink applications.
Basic Account License
Basic accounts are intended for public or shared areas such as lobbies, lunch and conference rooms. These accounts are provided with a DID, extension, transfer, three-way calling and paging. Voicemail and presence are not included.
Enables calls to be answered by a recorded greeting and allows callers to make a selection between customizable choices such as extension dialing, departments, name dialing and operator or general voicemail box. This is often a main line or overflow from unanswered calls.
Voicemail Box (Stand Alone)
Provides a unique voicemail box not assigned to a specific user. Generally used for department-specific messages or providing office hours or direction information. Email or text notification can be generated.
Park zones are for busy environments with several people serving the same roles. Easily park and unpark calls from any phone.
Fax to email
Provides a fax number for sending and receiving faxes over email or the web.
Unity Reception Software
Easy-to-use PC based reception console application featuring click-to-dial, blind, consulted, warm transfers, and more. Enables a receptionist to view the status of all employees across the enterprise regardless of geographical location.
Call Center Agent License
Allows an agent to log in and out of a standard call center queue using soft keys on the phone, the web-portal or call center applications.
Call Center Supervisor Unity
This application enables monitoring of agents and queues, changing an agent’s status, and running reports.
