Cisco offers a full range of headsets all designed to work seamlessly with our Webex softphone. They all feature vibrant audio, powerful noise isolation, exceptional comfort, and easy administration.
Some of the benefits of using Cisco headsets are:
- Central management with automatic firmware updates
As soon as a headset is connected, it automatically registers with Cisco’s central management software. This allows administrators to see if a headset is currently in use or when it was last connected. It also automatically applies firmware updates.
- Easy to use call buttons
All headset buttons are automatically mapped to the Webex softphone and meetings app. Simply click to answer a call, hang up, adjust volume or mute.
- Auto-answer when picked up
When using the cordless headset you can answer an incoming call by lifting the headset off of its charging base. When you are ready to end the call simply place the headset back in its dock. - HD audio and noise isolation

Corded 520 series
The corded 520 series headset is a great lightweight, low-cost USB or 3.5-mm headset for use with your computer or VoIP phone. The inline hand-held controller provides easy access to key call control capabilities, including answer call, end call, reject call, hold/resume (for multiple calls), mute/unmute, volume up, and volume down.
Cordless DECT 560 Series
The 560 series is our most popular headset model. It is a cordless model that docks in a stylish base that can connect to your computer or VoIP phone. The dock charges the headset providing 9+ hours of talk time and communicates wirelessly over 300 feet with the headset. The standard dock can connect to a single USB device. The multi-base dock allows you to connect to a USB device, VoIP phone, and Bluetooth smartphone all at the same time. When a call comes in it will intelligently choose which device to answer on.
Bluetooth 730 Series
The Cisco 730 is a premium Bluetooth on-ear headset built for business and personal use. Industry-leading design with unparalleled calling experience features 22-hour talk time, active noise cancellation, premium codecs, and 40mm Speakers with advanced headset management. This is a great option for road warriors working on a laptop that need to keep a headset in a bag and do not want a separate charging dock.
