ClearStar Web Portals
There are several web portals that we have available for customers.
Administrator Web Portal
The ClearStar Admin Web Portal is a web interface that enables access to view and change many ClearStar Settings. Some administrator accounts grant access to the entire ClearStar Enterprise encompassing all groups and services. Other administrator accounts grant access to a single group inside an enterprise. Please be cautious while making changes and exploring the administrator portal. Any changes you make are permanent and cannot be undone. When in doubt, call 611 for support. Because of the vital nature of the access, we do not give administrator access without prior web training.

End User Web Portal
The ClearStar End User Web Portal is a web interface that enables access to view and change many ClearStar Settings for a single user. Please be cautious while making changes and exploring the End User portal. Any changes you make are will take effect immediately. When in doubt, call 611 for support.

Call Accounting Web Portal
Callstats is a web interface that enables access to view and download call records (also known as Call Detail Records, or CDRs). All login accounts are Enterprise Admin accounts, meaning that if you have access to Callstats, you may see all call records for all of your locations, users, and phone numbers.

Call Recording Web Portal
Call Recording is a fully integrated ClearStar feature assigned to any user. The Call Recording Web Portal is used to manage users, listen to recordings, and more.
