1. Mobile Users Can Work Anywhere on Any Device.

Whether you work from the office, the car, a hotel, or even different branch offices, we have the communications solutions for you.

  • MobileLink is best suited for domestic travelers
  • A Polycom phone at home can help create a very efficient office environment
  • Hotelling can turn an empty workstation into a mobile workforce hub
  • Softphone can be a simple and inexpensive solution for international travelers

2. Call Recording

Call Recording is available for ClearStar users. Call Recording allows you to record incoming and outgoing calls on any particular phone. This is a hosted service and all recordings are available at an online portal. You can log in and listen to calls from where you are.

3. Salesforce.com Connector and CRM Connectors

ClearStar Salesforce Connector makes it easy to log calls directly into Salesforce. A screen pop, triggered by a call, allows notes to be added from a desktop client and automatically log all calls. These automatic logs also make it easy to run call reports though Salesforce later on.

4. Integrated Voice Response

Impulse designs, implements and supports voice automation solutions to meet a wide range of distinct requirements. IVR has an advanced set of services that offer an unlimited range of voice automation solutions that can be used alone or in combination with other ClearStar services to provide end-to-end solutions.

 

 

5. Desktop Fax

The Desktop Virtual Fax solution includes inbound and outbound faxing with the option of using a physical fax machine.

Features Include:

• Print to fax – Print Driver for Window Only
• Web to fax – Via a web portal
• Email to fax – Sending an email with attachments
• Fax to fax – Uses an ATA to utilize your existing fax machine
• Sending and receiving faxes
• Reports on sent and received faxes

6. Large-Scale Conference Bridge

A Large-Scale Conference Bridge is a virtual meeting place. When you host a meeting, you will provide a conference telephone number and access code to the people you invite. As the host, you will also have a leader code. You can send email invitations in advance, as a one-time or regular meeting series. At the time of the meeting, you and your guests simply call in.

We also offer a fully-integrated web meeting component that allows people to connect via mobile or desktop computer for a comprehensive solution including audio, video and screen sharing.

7. ClearStar Unity Software

Unity is a client you install onto your Windows computer. It provides the following features and more: Presence for 20-30 people in your office (lets you know who is on a call, in the office, out of the office)

  • Instant Messaging with all Unity users
  • Click to Dial (Group Directory, Outlook, History)
  • Missed Calls Alert
  • Change basic portal settings

8. ClearStar Unity Receptionist Software

ClearStar Unity Receptionist is a client you install onto your Windows computer. It is primarily for a receptionist who handles many calls.

ClearStar Unity Receptionist provides the following features and more:

  • Presence for 50 people at once, with unlimited dynamic searching
  • Easily transfer with drag and drop functionality
  • Instant Messaging with all Unity users
  • Click to Dial (Group Directory, Outlook, History)
  • Missed Calls Alert
  • Change basic portal settings

9. ClearStar End User Web Portal

The ClearStar End User Web Portal is a web interface that enables access to view and change many ClearStar Settings for a single user.

10. ClearStar Administrator Web Portal

The ClearStar Admin Web Portal is a web interface that enables access to view and change many ClearStar Settings. Some administrator accounts grant access to the entire ClearStar Enterprise encompassing all groups and services. Other administrator accounts grant acces to a single group inside an enterprise.

11. Call Accounting

Callstats is a web interface that enables access to view and download call records (also known as Call Detail Records, or CDRs). This information includes phone numbers, call times, and duration. You may see location information, departments and account codes.
