The ClearStar phone system is comprised of three elements: ClearStar PBX service, managed Internet access, and managed hardware (phones, routers, and switches).  Impulse takes full accountability for the whole solution, meticulously engineering each element to seamlessly work together.  Managed circuits and network equipment allows us to deliver Quality of Service to our geographically redundant data centers providing guaranteed on-net performance.  State-of-the-art Polycom phones deliver crystal clear HD voice with and intuitive easy to use interface.
