Impulse Internet Services Launches ClearStarSM High Definition VoIP Telephone Service To Central Coast

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - Impulse Internet Services, LLC, the largest local Voice-over-Internet Protocol (VoIP) phone, Internet, and services provider on California's Central Coast has announced the launch of High Definition (HD) VoIP through their ClearStar^SM broadband PBX business telephone service.

The ClearStar^SM experience from Impulse is delivered through Polycom HD Voice^TM telephones.
